Job brief
We are looking for a results-driven Electrical Engineer to actively seek out and engage customer prospects while performing in house duty to ensure the proper functioning of all the equipment. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top- line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Install or maintain electrical control systems or solid state equipment
- Modify electrical prototypes, parts, assemblies, or systems to correct functional deviations
- Set up operate test equipment to evaluate performance of developmental parts, assemblies, or systems under simulated operating conditions, and also record results
- Collaborate with electrical engineers or other personnel to identify, define, or solve developmental problems
- Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair electrical instruments or testing equipment
- Conduct inspections for quality control as well as assurance programs, reporting findings recommendations
- Plan, schedule monitor work of support personnel to assist supervisor
- Review existing electrical engineering criteria to identify necessary revisions, deletions, or amendments to outdated material
- Assess electrical components for consumer electronics applications, like fuel cells for consumer electronic devices, power saving devices for computers or televisions, or energy efficient power chargers
- Build or test electrical components of electric-drive vehicles or prototype vehicles
Profile
- At least an HND in Electrical Engineering
- At least 1 year working experience
