NjukengPro is currently seeking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As an administrative assistant you are responsible for ensuring that everything around the office runs smoothly and will also be assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities

Responsibilities:

  • Printing passport pictures.
  • Carry and set up equipment.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, social media communications copying to management.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Perform data entry, scan documents, and act as a human resource for jobs making sure that the workflow is smooth till delivery and full payments is made
  • Manage calendar for managing director.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store.
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for manager.
  • Maintain office supplies for department.
  • Must be ready to learn to an be a pro in all audiovisual tasks (must become a professional editor and camera operator within the first four months of work).
  • Have an understanding of audiovisual and IT jobs and pitch to clients for contracts

Qualification:

  • A/L required
  • Someone who can pitch in other words be able to convinced the clients about the company’s product • Working experience not necessary
  • Proficiency in Ms word, Ms Excel and Ms Outlook
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills both English and French
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
  • And additional advantage if he/she can handle camera and as well editing.
  • Dressing appropriately is required in all occasions.

Salary: Negotiable

Deadline: 14/09/2017

Working days: Monday – Saturday

Working hours: 7:30 am-6:00 pm
